If you are using git (which you should), just clone PHaiku public folder.

git clone myproject

Alternatively you can also do an old fashion .zip download, and extract it to wherever you want your site served from.

Once you have the files in place, install dependencies with composer (install composer):

php composer.phar install

The fastest way to get up and running is to rename (or copy), the folders config-sample and data-sample to respectively config and data.

You should have a visible demo site now, and you can do all the customizations starting from there.

Sample data is minimal but it does display all the features. Just remove what you don't need.
